The mobile application does not collect or transmit any personal user information without the user’s consent.

Internet connection

The mobile application requires a constant internet connection.

Camera usage

The mobile application may use the device’s camera to scan QR codes when connecting to the document recognition service, as well as to capture photos and videos sent for recognition. The mobile application can only use the device’s camera explicitly at the user’s request.

Geo-Location Services

We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using the Application, to provide location-based application features (creating QRcode for the route recorded via application, push notifications when user approacing a destination location which was recognized in the app).
Collected location information is used only for core application purposes and does not transfered to any third parites. Information about location is stored 30 days, after that it is removed from servers automatically. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.

Access to the mobile device’s file storage

The application accesses the mobile device’s file storage to allow sending arbitrary files (documents, videos, photos, etc.) for recognition in the document recognition service. The mobile application can only use access to the device’s file storage explicitly at the user’s request. The database is part of the mobile application and is not accessible to third-party applications installed on the device.

Data storage

Data created during the operation of the mobile application or appearing as a result of synchronization with the document recognition service is stored in the device’s memory database. Access to data that appears in the document recognition service as a result of exchange with the mobile application is limited according to the settings and permissions set in the recognition service.

Device status

The mobile application obtains information about the device model and operating system version in order to optimize the display of information on the device screen.

Local notifications

The mobile application may create local notifications on the device to optimize the display of information about loading information into the document recognition service.
